Venez apprendre comment préparer votre propre pain au levain! Que vous soyez débutant ou initié, cet atelier nous apprendra le processus entier de la fabrication de pain. Animé par Eddy de Breddy Boulangerie, cet atelier de 3h inclut un léger gouter et chaque participant partira avec du levain et un cahier détaillé du processus.

Nous couvrirons les essentiels, incluant:
- L’entretien d’un levain
- Le choix de farine
- La fermentation
- Le choix d’équipement
- Les techniques de fabrication de pain

Nous explorons les recettes suivantes:
- Pain de campagne
- Pain de campagne avec grains cuits et crus (multigrain)

Ever wanted to make your own sourdough bread? Join us as Eddy from Breddy Boulangerie teaches this full-day workshop designed for both those with little bread making experience or keen beginners. From mixing to baking, we will be learning through hands-on demonstrations. This workshop includes a snack and each participant will go home with a detailed workbook and their own starter.

Sourdough basics will also be explored, such as:
- How to maintain your starter,
- Choose flours,
- Fit baking into your schedule,
- What to look for during fermentation,
- Choose the right baking equipment and baking techniques.

We will explore the following levain recipes:
- Pain de campagne
- Pain de campagne with cooked and raw grains (multigrain)
