She is adept at partnering with managers and business owners to proactively develop effective workplace policies and HR systems to maximize the employee/employer relationship.
Human Resource Representative, Xenium HR
In June of 2012, Tyler Meuwissen joined the Xenium team as Human Resource Coordinator, and now serves as a Human Resource Represenative. In this position, Tyler supports the human resource team in the coordination of various HR project and service deliverables for multiple clients. This includes training, employee handbook and job description development, compensation surveys, and unemployment management and leave tracking.
