Description

Dedicate 80 minutes of your Friday evening to relaxation and self-care. In this experiental mind-body class, Dr. Liya guides you through 3 practices to release stuck stress on the physical, emotional, and energetic levels. This workshop is an amalgam of Liya's decade long study of Eastern and Western approaches to optimal health. The workshop begins with a guided yoga nidra medtitation that overcomes the cycle of stress and inflammation and helps you to get past emotional blockages. Then using the Melt Method, you will learn simple, effective self-massage techniques to relieve sore muscles and reset your connective tissue. This is followed by the gentle flow of qigong exercises to release energetic blockages and build stronger qi (vital energy) in your body. This unique practice is one that Liya has been creating for years as a highly efficient way to regain mind-body balance in a world that is increasingly fragmented and fast-paced.
