All things a family Caregiver needs to care for another family member. Come learn techniques to de-stress on the run, find a smile in the midst of turmoil, and find solutions to new problems.
Dr. Albert Bellg, psychologist, a founding member of the Compassionate Fox Cities organization, will host two - three week courses in Compassionate Meditation at the Thompson Center.
Come to one, all, or any of the six Monday morning sessions, 11am -12pm.
