Event description
Join The Alliance Center and clinical therapist, Cheyenne Bellarosa, for a talk on compassion fatigue and tools to maintain your wellbeing.

About this Event

The last year has been extremely emotionally draining, especially for those who care deeply about the wellbeing of others. With many uncertainties continuing through 2021, it's important to understand how this may be influencing you and find ways to maintain your own wellbeing.

Join us for a discussion with a clinical therapist to explore how caring deeply impacts individuals and self-care tools you can utilize. We'll discuss secondary trauma, burnout and how to identify, tend to and mobilize oneself in the face of compassion fatigue.

About the Speaker:

Clinical therapist, Cheyenne Bellarosa, is a multicultural woman and has personal experience with historical trauma, intergenerational trauma and women's issues. She also specializes in grief and loss, sexual assault/violence, suicidality, depression and more. Cheyenne has a personal passion for social justice and how oppressive systems can affect our mental health clinically.
