Description

As the season changes, recharge your batteries and join in this gentle community yoga class. Poses are held for 3 to 5 breaths. All yoga levels welcome. Bring your own mat, if you have one. Essential oils and relaxing tunes provided. Class is led by a registered Yoga Alliance teacher (RYT200).
