An Introduction to EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique or 'Tapping')
This months meetup will be the first of our indoor sessions as the weather and darker nights draw in! Over the winter months, join us for some introductory sessions on wellbeing techniques and some mindful crafting activities.
Our October meetup will be a short practical session by volunteer Steve, on how EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique or 'tapping') can help reduce stress and calm the nervous system.
Our sessions are completely free to join, but please let us know if you'd like to join us so that we can keep an eye on numbers - we may need to limit spaces to make sure there's room indoors for everyone!
Each event may differ in it's content. Participation is voluntary. If you have a pre-existing medical conditions, please seek advice from a GP or qualified medical practitioner and make a volunteer aware at the start of the event if you require any support or think it would be helpful for a volunteer to be aware of any relevant information. There is a disclaimer at the registration process.
Group Purpose:We aim to connect with anyone who would benefit from being around others, to connect, be in the moment and take some time out from the pressures of life. The sessions are aimed at people aged over 18.
