Description
With all that’s happening right now, each of us is likely experiencing many different layers of grief.
Grief can accumulate like a storm system in ourselves and the collective, so we all need spaces to let the waters flow, grieve, and practice community hygiene through ceremony. As with rain, grieving renews us and grows our hearts by deeply reconnecting us with what we love and cherish in life.
Join Larissa Conte for a community support grief ritual to explore the grief that’s arising for you and why feeling our grief together is not only necessary, but beneficial for our wellbeing.
To make the most of our time together in the ritual, you will receive a preparation bundle of videos and reflection questions beforehand to watch and engage so you are primed for the group gathering.
During the event we will focus on the experience of the group grief ritual which is grounded in shared silence and witnessing and in which speaking is optional. Finally, we’ll close with practices for personal integration and cleansing movement.
To participate:
- Please make space to do the preparatory work beforehand (~1 hour)
- Please be prepared to share vulnerablely with other participants
- Please make sure you can join from a quiet space where you feel free to fully express
