Agenda10:00am Doors will open at 10:00am. Feel free to arrive between 10am - 10:10am. 10:20am Doors close promptly at 10:20am and sound bath start. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not be allowed to enter the space to honor folks meditative experiences. Refunds will not be provided.

What is a sound bath?

What is a sound bath? A sound bath is a meditative experience where bowls, drums, chimes, and other instruments create gentle sound vibrations that invite you into mindfulness and deeper connection with your body. Every body responds differently. Some people feel deeply relaxed, others notice wandering thoughts, and some may even drift into sleep. There’s no “right” or “wrong” way to experience a sound bath. A sound bath is a personal journey. It is an activation of emotions, thoughts, and sensations. Allow yourself to lean in, let go, and enjoy the waves of sound. Please note: Sound baths are a form of meditation and are not intended to treat or diagnose medical conditions. If at any point the sounds feel uncomfortable or do not align with your practice, you are welcome to quietly step out of the space.
