Festival Hours: Friday, May 5 from 11am-6:00pm and Saturday, May 6 from 10am-4pm RAIN OR SHINE.

This is a FREE two-day family friendly event celebrating the strawberry and signaling the beginning of festival season in the Roanoke Valley! Entering its 43rd year as a fundraising event for Community School, the festival draws attendees from across the Blue Ridge who stop by each year to get their annual Strawberry Shortcake fix. Enjoy artisan vendors, musical entertainment and so much more.

Tickets are non-refundable and will be honored only during Festival hours each day. 

 

FAQs

Are my tickets valid for either day?

Yes! We are listed on Eventbrite as a two-day long event beginning May 5. Tickets purchased are valid for Friday, May 5 or Saturday, May 6. Tickets are NOT day specific. Check back closer to the festival date for shortcake and other food and drink tickets to go live.

 What's the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable and will be honored during festival hours only. Desserts are guaranteed until 1:00 p.m. Saturday. Refunds can not be issued if we sell out after 1pm.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No. You may print your ticket or simply save the ticket on your phone for scanning.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes! Crowd and kid-friendly, leashed pets are allowed.
