Event description
Join us at our fourth annual Community Resiliency Symposium: Stories & Successes of our Local Watersheds.

About this Event

Wisconsinites’ bond to water runs deep, defining how we work, how we play, and where we choose to live. Still, our freshwater resources throughout the state are threatened enough for Governor Tony Evers to proclaim 2019 as the “Year of Clean Drinking Water in Wisconsin.” How are local governments, farmers, anglers, and concerned citizens coming together to protect local waterways? How are we addressing the water quality issues we face in the La Crosse River watershed? Prepare to hear successful stories and take away inspiration as we celebrate our local waters.
