The development process in our region can be a complex world to navigate. Assumptions and starting points from five years ago are very different today. This workshop will provide information on the current economy and specific tools communities can use to help plan for future development. Market trends, market studies and tools such as pro formas and project feasibility studies will be discussed. Participants will come away with a clearer understanding of the tools of development and how to set realistic goals for future growth in their community.
