Classes take place this fall upstairs in Fellowship Hall at Central Presbyterian Church and are all pay-what-you-can. Mats, Pilates magic circles, bands, and balls will be provided, though participants may bring their own mats.

COVID Safety Protocols: All props and high-touch surfaces are thoroughly cleaned before and after class. Masks are optional for those who are vaccinated and required for those not vaccinated. Due to the larage class space, participants can readily spread out around the room and windows will be open for class.

Community Movement Project is a partnership between The Moving Architects and Central Presbyterian Church.

Pilates/Barre Blend with Erin

In Pilates/Barre Blend, each class will work to balance, lengthen, strengthen, and stretch the entire body, with an emphasis on challenging the core abdominal muscles with each movement. Exercises draw from the Pilates Method and barre class methods and can be modified or enhanced for all fitness levels.
