A Spark of Light in the World...
Please join us for an enchanted evening of beauty, wonder and inspiration as we welcome your family to join us for a Fall tradition, The Lantern Walk.
This simple, yet reverent event, is a symbolic way to help guide our children through the darkness of night as they shine their inner light on the paths before them.
Our journey will begin with a fireside greeting and a steamy mug of hot chocolate. Families will then walk together along luminary lit paths with the children carrying handmade lanterns as we sing, hum, and lullaby Traditional Lantern Walk songs that encourage us to share that inner light and warmth for the benefit of others.
The evening will be a celebration of the hope and kindness that our children are bestowed with and our stewardship as parents to nurture those qualities for the world around them.
The Light That Lives Within
As we walk together in light, we may ask ourselves, “What ‘light’ — in other words, unique talents and gifts — lives within me that I can share with my family, with my community?” There are countless ways, every day, in which parents and teachers act on behalf of their children. Loving guidance and patient understanding shine on the children like a lantern leading them on their journey through childhood.
Let our Lantern Walk inspire and rekindle the light that lives within, and remind us to take that light, those gifts that each of us harbors, and share them in the innumerable ways that are meaningful to ourselves and those around us.

Do I need to bring a flashlight?
