About this event
This community Kundalini Yoga class is beginner friendly, with an introduction to the foundations of the yoga of awareness - meditation, mantra, and movement. Each class starts off with the Adi Mantra Mantra and moves into the Mangala Charn Mantra to seal the space for practice. Together, we will move through warm-ups and a kriya that moves through different exercises. As a community, we will finish off practice with meditation and a restful savasana.
There are four classes to join in throughout the month of January. (1/3, 1/17, 1/24, 1/31 )

Starting at 6pm-7:15PM at R3 Chattanooga at 13 W Kent Street, Chattanooga, TN
All classes will be donation based - $5+ (any extra donations provided will go towards providing marginalized individuals who need monetary support for their own tuition on future events by Outshine Adventures/Outshine Yoga)
For each class bring:
- Yoga mat/blanket
- Water
Extra items to bring:
- Bolster
- Blocks
- Blanket
- Head scarf or hat
