Who is a Community Hero??? Community heroes are individuals who serve our community as first responders (law enforcement, firefighters, EMS), military personnel, teachers and employees at our local non-profits!

• Is there an age limit to enter the event? NO, there are no restrictions for children at this presale event.
  
  
• What can/can't I bring to the event? Laundry baskets and small wagons ARE allowed. Ikea bags will be available for use while shopping at the sale also.
  
  
• Is my registration/ticket transferrable? YES
  
  
• Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No, you can show us the ticket on your phone! Easy!
  
  
• What is the refund policy? No ticket refunds. Also, all merchandise purchased at the sale is FINAL, no returns or exchanges. We do have a testing area where you can open and inspect any items you wish. All you have to do is ask a JBF Helper for assistance.
