Join the Greater Sacramento Urban League and its partners for a free community health fair as we focus on our physical and mental health.

About this event
February is Black History Month and Greater Sacramento Urban League is celebrating with a community health and wellness fair. Participate in presentations, workshops, giveaways, wellness activities, and more. The event will include three sessions throughout the day. Please see the agenda below for full session descriptions.
9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. // Session 1: Healthy Aging Topics (Seniors Ages 55+)
11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. // Session 2: Women's Healthy Body Workshop
1:00 p.m. - 3 :00 p.m. // Session 3: Parent Vaccine Education Forum (Adults and Youth Ages 9+)
The health fair will also include the following:
- FREE COVID-19 & Flu Vaccinations (Click here to sign up in advance)
- Health and Dental Screenings
- Paint and Play for Youth
- Yoga, Stretching, and Mental Health Workshops
- Free Food Trucks and Healthy Food Boxes
- Health Resources and Raffles
NOTE: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
