Welcome to our online Community Grief Group. Whether you are grieving the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a job, or an identity, grief can be an isolating and overwhelming process. Our grief circles offer an opportunity to connect with others and grieve in a communal, safe, and nonjudgmental setting. Our facilitators are trained in Mindful Grieving Practices, a somatic and embodied approach to healing. Inquire for more details.
