Join your neighbors for a Community Forum on the proposed redevelopment of the Luther Seminary Lower Campus. This forum offers an opportunity to hear the latest concept information from Lifestyle Communities, learn about the traffic study findings, and take part in a moderated Q&A designed to support a thoughtful, inclusive conversation.

The event will be hosted by the St. Anthony Park Community Council (SAPCC) and moderated by Sherman Eagles, Co-Chair of the SAPCC Luther Campus Task Force. SAPCC extends appreciation to Luther Seminary for donating use of the Olson Campus Center and providing light refreshments, and to Lifestyle Communities for making representatives available to participate and answer questions as best they can.

6:30 – 7:00 PM | Arrival & Sign-In
7:00 – 7:10 PM | Welcome & Overview
7:10 – 7:25 PM | Luther Campus Task Force Presentation – How we reached the current stage
7:25 – 7:50 PM | Lifestyle Communities Presentation – Latest redevelopment concept
7:50 – 8:05 PM | Traffic Study Summary – Key findings and implications
8:05 – 8:30 PM | Moderated Q&A – Curated written questions
8:30 – 9:00 PM | Open Conversation – Visit with Task Force members & neighbors

Forum Format:
• All questions will be submitted in writing on cards provided at sign-in.
• Members of the Task Force will sort and group questions by topic during the event.
• The Moderator will present selected questions to Lifestyle Communities representatives.
• Neighbors who cannot attend may email info@sapcc.org with the subject line “Forum25.” Questions received will be categorized and included where possible.
