Community Forum- CDC Epi-Aid Final Report

Project Safety Net invites you to a community forum to review findings and answer questions regarding the final Epi-Aid report on youth suicide in Palo Alto. A representative from the Santa Clara County Public Health Department will present information from the report. Learn how to get involved in support of youth well-being!
Onsite childcare (6 months- 12 years old) and light refreshments will be provided. Simultaneous Spanish and Mandarin language interpreter services will also be available.
