Outdoor event will be held in the car park adjacent to Beddau Community Centre and on the "tumps" (CF38 2DA)
Stalls fee is £15 (plus eventbrite fee).
Pitches will be allocated on arrival by our small team of volunteers to help keep everything running smoothly. We kindly ask that you park where directed. Unfortuantely we can't accommodate pitch requests or to change spots on the day.

Event Cancellation
We occasionally have to cancel an event, usually due to circumstances beyond our control and most likely due to adverse weather conditions.
In the event that we have to cancel:
- We will let you know as soon as possible, using the event registration details you have provided.
- If adverse weather is forecast, please monitor your emails for details of a cancellation.
Refunds
All payments should be considered as non-refundable.
We may provide a refund where:
- Non-attendance is due to unforeseen serious ill-health (at our discretion)
