El-Spa Community Sauna Experience

Whether you're a sauna enthusiast or trying it for the first time, this event is open to everyone. Take a break from your busy schedule and treat yourself to some self-care. For this even we have limited space availabe so please be sure to reserve your spot. This will be a 2-hour event from 12:00pm - 2:00pm. Be sure to arrive on time to ensure you get to enjoy the full experience.
~ Key things to note:
- Be sure to bring two towels, one for sitting in the sauna, one for drying off
- Stay hydrated - bring a water bottle
- Please do not strut your stuff - Bathing Suits Required
- Protect your feet & Hot Tub / Cold Plunge - Please bring a pair of slippers
