Register for COVID Testing through Northshore Clinical Lab

Open to everyone, no insurance is required, and no out-of-pocket cost.

Please refer to the following testing particulars:

• Test type: PCR Test (Results reported in 2-3 days via email and phone).
• There are no age restrictions, but minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian
• If you have insurance, please bring your insurance cards.
• Please bring your state-issued ID.
• There are no out-of-pocket costs (no copay)
• Please note: if you are displaying symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in close contact with someone known to be diagnosed with COVID-19, please schedule your appointment for 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM on Monday - Friday. During this time block, testing will occur in the entrance vestibule. Asymptomatic persons should not register for this time frame.

Location: Community Resource Center (Indoors) - Please enter from the rear of the building (please follow the signs) - please do not enter from the front doors.
