About this event
Community Connection Hour is a designated time to meet new people, make new friends, and reflect on our lives and experiences including hopes, dreams, challenges, and the occasional fear in a community setting.
Community Connection Hour is facilitated and uses mindful communication (rooted in the practice of Council) and is shaped and informed by each participant, making each Community Connection Hour unique and different.
In November and December, we lead special Community Connection Hours focused on gratitude and a end-of-the-year reflection.
Experience mindful communication in a safe space to learn and grow.
