About this event
Join Naeco Studio & Outlet for an evening of guided therapeutic art activities and collaborative abstract mark-making. Together, we will co-create 30+ canvases to be donated to Grace Gardens Permanent Supportive Housing. The Grace Gardens project will provide places to call home for 32 members of the community currently navigating insecure housing. Learn more about Grace Gardens here.
We invite community members of all ages to join us for an evening of canvas-sharing, connection, music, and treats. All materials will be supplied. A pay-what-you-can donation at the door will be going towards Grace Gardens.
We will be providing tea, hot chocolate and vegan, gluten-free cookies. The venue is wheelchair accessible and has 3 bathrooms on site. Any accessibility inquiries can be sent to naecostudio@gmail.com.
Naeco Studio was founded by Jess Wilson at the intersection of art therapy and community care. Outlet was co-founded by Maeve Hind and Alexa Collette to provide space for accessible creative outlets for community members. Together, we believe community care can be felt through art-making alongside one another, and sharing our creations with others.
