The ‘Communities - Better Together’ event is all about recognising the hard work and energy of our community and partners. Most of you will be aware of the recent HMIC report which showcased our achievements as a Force in a number of areas, whilst a great achievement and something we are proud of, none of this would have been possible without the support of our local communities and those of you who give up your own time and energy to assist us.

We have had various initiatives running involving our local communities, both at a local and force wide level where we have asked for help to understand what we are doing well and areas which need to change to ensure we get the best out of our service delivery. The ‘ You Said We Did’ events were a great platform to hear some honest feedback from all sections of our communities about things that were stopping them from being able to access our service.

Together we have changed how we do things, and as a result we have seen more people report incidents, we have protected those most vulnerable out there as a result of your feedback and support. We are hosting ‘Communities - Better Together’ event to help showcase what we have done and importantly what we are going to do… I would welcome if you as our partners would join us at the event and help continue to shape the future of our local policing

Parking - Melton West Gospel Hall, Jackson Way, Melton West Business Park, MELTON, North Ferriby, HU14 3HJ

After the second roundabout, take the first left onto Jackson Way. The gospel hall is a single storey building situated on the left hand side before the sharp right hand bend. The carpark is covered by CCTV and locked gates but vehicles are left at the owners risk. From here it is an approximate 3 minute walk to Melton2 Police Station.
