Yoga is every Sunday at Kaleisia Tea Lounge!
This class includes elements of physical postures, breath work, stretching and guided meditation to create strength and flexibility in the body & mind and promote calm introspection and relaxation.
All levels are encouraged to attend. Well behaved children may attend as well. Mats may be available on a case by case basis but please bring your mat, water and any props that enhance your personal practice.

RSVP is not required. Please come early to secure a good spot. Space is limited to 10 students per class.
This is a donation based class. We suggest a $5 donation. All classes are facilitated by local instructors many of whom are freshly graduted from teacher training. Please pay instructors directly.
