The Communist History Tour - is a FREE* walking tour of Budapest, it is perfect for those who want a short stroll through the city in the evening rather than a long hike. You will learn about the unique form of Goulash communism, and see the locations of major street fighting in the 1956 uprising. You will learn about what life was like in Communist Hungary and how communism came to be and finally end.
Meeting Place - Blaha Lujza tér Budapest, 1085. On the main square next to metro exit G. Look for a guide holding a yellow umbrella.
Times: 6pm on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday evenings.
