FOREMEN AND FOREWOMEN, AND SUPERVISOR TRAINING: Learn Five-Star Client Service and People Management Skills - for increased confidence, employee/client satisfaction and profitable jobs.
Your Supervisors, Team Leaders, Fore(wo)men, Lead hands (and Managers) spend more time with your clients than you, your sales team, and your executive managers. These people are the FACE OF YOUR COMPANY and need to be trained to perform at this level.
You can give them technical training, we will help train them to be better managers AND better at interacting with and servicing clients. They will learn the following:
1. SOLID LEADERSHIP AND ACCOUNTABILITY SKILLS
- How to manage and motivate their crew(s) each day, when multiple factors like weather, equipment, and labor are outside of their control.
- How to hold their staff (direct reports) accountable each day to doing their respective assignments.
- How to control their own moods so their attitude doesn’t lead to lost productivity that day, that week, or even for that entire job.

- How to present yourself and behave professionally with clients, even when your client is a multi millionaire or super busy multi-tasking property manager,
- How to communicate on a high level about progress, issues, questions, regardless of the client’s “station in life” i.e. wealth
- Understanding what drives successful people, and what “excellent” Reactive and Proactive customer service means to them.
3. PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Active Listening mindset, tools and language
- Smart phone usage and protocol
- Group leadership and communication tips
- Body language skills
- Communication No-No’s to avoid

This class is open to all attendees regardless of their educational background. Conversational English is required.
