The program will benefit both your organization and yourself in being prepared for an emergency or crisis situation. Register multiple attendees to gain most value.
- Our dynamic keynote speaker, Ana-Marie Jones - ED, CARD, will inspire us with steps we can all take to communicate via twitter, text and telephone during an emergency. Ana-Marie shares a fast, fun and fear-free approach to preparedness, and empowers us to use our "McGyver" instincts.
- Marshall Wilson, Communications Director for San Mateo County, will share his vast personal knowledge about communicating with press and the public during a crisis. Marshall's comfortable communication style supports his message that demystifies external communication.
- Samaritan House Director of Operations, Sharon Peterson and Kainos Home & Training Center Associate Director, Diane Smith, will engage in conversation with Phoenix 2.0's Jared Pickering about how technology plays into business recovery.
- On our "Fast Track", we'll learn from the San Mateo County Office of Emergency Services, American Red Cross, United Policy Holders and Alternate Technologies.
Our morning welcome will be presented by new San Mateo County Deputy Manager, Mike Callagy.
