Learn to develop techniques for creating the right 'sales' environment in every call ~ in person and on the phone.

4 - 90 minute calls: Evenings:Monday and Thursday November 26 & 29, December 3 & 6, 2007 Time: 7:00 - 8:30 pm ET

This class will teach you the art of understanding and developing simple communication skills. We communicate every day, right? What if 'Sales' is really nothing more than communicating with a purpose?
What if being more successful means learning how to create and direct a clear purpose with every call you make?
If your aim is to develop a database of loyal customers, business partners and referral sources, then being able to communicate with confidence and skill is essential.

This class is for people who would like to be more effective in their communication and learn the secret to hearing NO less and YES more.

Learn how to use the following points in every encounter:

3. Setting your objective
4. Creating agreement
5. Driving the conversation
6. Acknowledge similarities
7. Agreement and decision
8. Exit gracefully

At the end of this course you will have a simple format for modeling your conversations so that you are confident, in charge and get the most out of every call you make.
