About this event

Commonwealth, the restaurant at the Angad Arts Hotel, hosts “Fresh from the Fields,” a farm-fresh tasting and education dinner on Thursday, August 18. In support of small-scale sustainable farmers and the restaurant’s commitment to serving the freshest meals possible, Commonwealth sources its ingredients from local farmers including the four who will be featured at the dinner. The participating farms — Rolling Lawns Farms, Double Star Farms, Log Cabin Ranch, and Blessed Bee Company — will be in attendance for guests to meet and learn from the farmers as they share personal accounts and insights into how their farming practices ensure high-quality products. The “Fresh from the Fields” menu, developed by Commonwealth Executive Chef, Scottie Corrigan, and Sous Chef, Sierra Eaves, focuses on just picked ingredients and therefore will not be announced until the week of the event. A full bar including craft cocktails and a selection of beer and wine will be available starting at 4 p.m.

Tickets are $125 per person. Eventbrite tax and fees may apply.

Bar opens at 4 p.m. Dinner service at 6:30 p.m.
