The Atlanta University Center Consortium (AUCC) presents our next CommUniversity workshop called "Common Cents: Financial Empowerment Series" on Saturday, May 5, 2018. CommUniversity connects our neighboring COMMunity and our UNIVERSITY through programs that inform, educate and inspire. These Financial Empowerment workshops will equip participants with skills to: raise your credit score; plan for emergencies; choose the best loan; avoid predatory lending; make sure ends meet; negotiate APR; and much more! The Saturday, May 5, 2018 workshop is from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Neighborhood Union Health Center located at 186 Sunset Ave., NW, #186, Atlanta, GA 30314. There is no cost to attend the workshop and participants will begin developing a personal financial plan to build and manage wealth. Child care is not provided and continental breakfast is provided.
