This support group is designed for individuals who are working toward weight loss and a healthier lifestyle. It provides a safe, encouraging, and judgment-free space to share challenges, celebrate progress, and stay motivated alongside others on a similar journey.We meet virtually every Saturday via Microsoft Teams, making it easy to stay connected and consistent. Our first meeting will be held on May 16th from 9:30–11:00 AM. In addition to weekly discussions, we also plan in-person events to build community, accountability, and support beyond the screen.Whether you're just getting started or continuing your journey, this group offers encouragement, practical tips, and a supportive network to help you reach your goals.
