Carla is a native of Shreveport and part of Elite’s founding team. She has been around the healthcare industry most of her life and oversees the daily operations at Elite. Her main goal is to create outside of the box thinking for the healthcare community, allowing clinical facilities to focus on what they do best – providing patient care. She has a special place in her heart for the elderly and providing quality care for them as they age.

After graduating from Louisiana Tech in 2004, Carla received her Masters in Communication from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2006, where she interned at a children’s hospital in Fort Worth. She is married and has two children.
