Event Details

For most companies, occupancy costs are usually the highest cost line item after payroll.  Issues for consideration as you plan for your facilities may differ for start-ups and more mature companies. This panel of experts from the commercial real estate community will have an open dialogue which will provide valuable insight as to what is happening in the market, how real estate and facilities costs should be considered when budgeting for your operations and what landlords would view as imperative when entering into lease agreements.
