FAQs

 

Travel:

 

If you are flying into Seattle, you will want to travel into the Seattle - Tacoma International Airport (SEA). You should arrive no later than the evening before the class begins and depart no earlier than 3:00 pm on the final day of the workshop.

 

We are recommending that flight arrangements be made 21-28 days before travel. You will be receiving a Welcome Packet via email approximately 60 days prior to the event.

 

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

 

Shuttles for the Hilton Seattle Airport Conference Center run 24 hours a day, leaving every 20 minutes from the hotel at the top of every hour in the mornings, and running on a continuous loop in the afternoons and evenings.

 

To get to Ground Transportation from Baggage Claim, go up one level to any of the Sky Bridges, cross over the road and take an escalator or elevator down one level to Ground Transportation. Shuttles pick up from Island 1 or 3. Do not stand at Island 2 as they will not stop.

 

If for any reason you do need to contact the hotel from the airport, visit any of the Hotel Information Islands scattered throughout Baggage Claim and dial extension #85 from the courtesy phone. This will connect you directly to the hotel.

 

For those driving to the event, the Hilton Seattle Airport Conference Center does have Self-Parking available at $10 for local attendees and $12 for overnight guests.

What is the refund policy?

For cancellations 30 days prior to event, there is a $200 per person cancellation and/or transfer fee to move to another session. Note: New sessions may take place in a different location from the session you originally registered for.

Cancellations received within 10 days of the class are non-refundable.
