Speakers

Cody Marx Bailey, XRAM Capital and Smart KX
Cody has spent his career seeking organizational problems to which he can apply his unorthodox perspective and create efficiencies. Leveraging technology and his ability to write software, he has worked with companies such as AdventGX, Texas A&M, and Dell. Currently, Cody focuses on serving small-to-mid-size companies where his technical abilities can create tangible effects for a targeted population - wherever his clients may be. Cody’s skills and knowledge span the spectrum. His crucial role in bringing the open-source movement to TED Conferences, by creating BIL Conferences, speaks to his desire to create opportunities for all demographics to connect and create change. For the past 9 years, BIL Conferences have been run in 33 cities, 7 countries, and have united over 5,000 BIL’ders. As an egalitarian leader, Cody understands that one can never underestimate the impact of a small group of committed individuals.
