Description

"The Cannabis Green Rush and Equity: Will victims of the War on Drugs be swept away after Prop 64 is implemented?"

The seminar will present on the legal backgrounds of Prop 215 leading up to Prop 64 where the California voters decided to embrace a decades-old grey cannabis market. There will be a short presentation on the history and background of California's Prop 215 cannabis economy. How it survived for 20 years without any state regulations and where the future of grey market might be. This will include how impactful Prop 64 will be on the current grey economy of California cannabis. The short presentation will be followed by a substantive moderated panel discussion of local Bay Area cannabis market experts, entrepreneurs, and advocates. Followed by a Q&A session.
