Bisbee Pride & The Royale are Proud to Present: Coming Out in Cochise
A special two day event for the LGBT community in Cochise County. Coming Out in Cochise is made up of several events including a film screening, a comedy show, and a number of free workshops.
Friday, February 24th:
A screening of Oriented, an Israeli documentary film directed by Jake Witzenfeld. The film follows the lives of three gay living in Tel Aviv over a 15-month period. A facilitated discussion will follow. Doors open at 6pm. The Film starts at 7pm. $8 in advance. $10 at the door.
Saturday, February 25th:
9:30am–11am: "Navigating Gender Identity" - James Avery Fuchs
11am-12:00pm: "Understanding Consent" - James Avery Fuchs
12:30pm-2:00pm: "How Did We Get Here?" ("Where Are We Going?") - Mimi Gonzalez
2:00pm-4:00pm: "Humor Heals: Live, Love, Laugh, and Laugh and Laugh" - Sandra Valls
Come Out Laughing
A Live Comedy / Music show featuring Sandra Valls, Mimi Gonzalez, Pandora DeStrange, Marilyn Lopez and Unexploded Phonographs. Doors open at 6:30pm. The show starts at 7:30pm. $20 in advance. $25 at the door.
