We are kicking off the New Year with Comedy Night on the first and third Saturday of every month through April. Our first show is on Saturday, January 7th at 7:30pm with only 30 seats available so you'll want to reserve your seats here. Our staff will seat you based on your party size (we have 6 tables and 7 seats at the bar so it is possible that a single or twosome will share a table with another group). Thank you
Tickets are now available for our second Comedy night on Saturday January 21st at 7:30pm here https://www.eventbrite.com/e/comedy-through-the-looking-glass-tickets-488069628397
Here are the Comedian's for Jan. 7th
Louis is childish at heart “edgy and not entirely well thought out” jokes, & stories will have an audience's laughing to their surprise at some darker topics, cutting like a butter knife with an edge.
Nick Earl is an up-and-coming comic based out of Lansing, MI. His irreverent and occasionally absurd takes leave audiences feeling much better about their own station in life. Come along as he clumsily navigates through the oddities of modern life. Has featured on Lansing Michigan's Stoop fest, and Bliss Fest.
Johnny Mocny is a young comic who’s been on the scene since the ripe age of eighteen. For five years, he’s been honing an interesting and original act combining wry wit with shrewd, satirical edge and a comfortably innocuous demeanor. Johnny is a co-producer/host of the monthly showcase at Ozone’s in Lansing and the weekly open mic at Crunchy’s in East Lansing. He also hosts the podcast We Are Movies, featuring guests ranging from the local comedy scene to Hollywood notables.
Nick Leydorf is a fun-loving, Michigan comedian with a quick wit and a third nipple. When he’s not on stage, you can find Nick in his office being a lawyer, paying off his student loans. Described as “funny, adorable, and non-threatening” by one writer, Nick talks about his unrelatable profession in such a relatable way that audiences can’t help but laugh.
So far, Nick has performed in festivals around the country including Cleveland Comedy Festival, Crossroads Comedy Festival, Gilda’s LaughFest, the Detroit Comedy Festival, the Savage Henry Comedy Festival, Big Time Garbage Festival, What a Joke Comedy Festival, Stoop Fest and the Elsie Dairy Festival. Okay, the last one was because Whitesnake had to cancel. Nick has also had the opportunity to work with some of his favorite comedians like Kyle Kinane, Nate Bargatze, Todd Barry and Robert Kelly.
