What should I wear?

Wear any comfortable sports clothing, and sports trainers. If you have any Astro trainers or any other hockey kit, please feel free to bring this along.

I’ve never picked up a stick before, can I still come?

Absolutely, this session is perfect for you! It will be a fun active session with hockey basics!

I can’t make this session but I would like to try it out another time, is that an option?
