*Will be held at the Osawatomie High School (1200 Parker Ave, Osawatomie, KS)
In this class Diane Burnett, Family and Consumer Science Extension Agent, and Extension Master Food Volunteers will show you how to turn your fresh fruit or fruit juice in to jams and jellies that you can enjoy all year long or use as gifts. Through this hands-on class, participants will learn how to safely make two types of spreads before taking their how-to guide and canned item home. Must have attended Food Preservation 101. Class size is limited: Minimum 4, Maximum 21 participants.
