Description
Set in the Iconic surroundings of The Old Royal Cinema in Kampot, Come Back Brighter is the first show of its kind in Kampot. The hour-long show features:
- 10 minute traditional Apsara Dance.
- 10 minute Doc about the family who live in the cinema
- 40 minute performance which uses archive film from Epic Art's professional dance company, Epic Encounters.
The show celebrates Cambodia’s arts scene and narrates the country’s journey from the swinging sixties and Khmer Rogue regime to the present day through theatre, video and dance.

Epic Encounters are Epic Arts professional dance company, a team of talented Cambodian dancers some of whom happen to have a disability. They've travelled around the world creating dance and performing for international audiences as well as working nationally to change the perception of people with disabilities.
Doors open at 7pm
Show starts at 7:30pm
No admission after the show starts.
