A panel of leaders to discuss the impact of imposter syndrome and strategies for loosening its grasp.

About this Event

Have you experienced a moment of doubt that made you question whether you belong in your current role? Have your told yourself you're not ready for the next job tier or avoided a conversation about a raise or promotion?

Many women face fear as they rise the ranks of leadership and see fewer people who look like them. This panel is designed to provide a support group of strong leaders in diverse positions who will discuss their personal struggles with imposter syndrome and strategies that help them continue to rise despite their feelings.

If you've ever had a moment of self doubt, this event will be the energizing community forum you need to continue to propel your career forward.

Event Schedule

6:00-6:45 - Registration & Networking

6:45-6:50 - Introduction by WOD leadership

6:50-7:30 - Imposter Syndrome Panel (40 min)

7:30-7:50 - Breakout discussions with 3-5 attendees

7:50-8:00 - Debrief and closing
