Has it ever felt like a back-handed compliment to be called a Strong Black Woman? Being called that says more about our weaknesses than our strengths. The stereotypical Strong Black Woman does it all; but who tends to her needs?
The Combating Strong Black Womanitis Session addresses the issues that make it problematic for Black Women to practice self-care and tools to overcome them.
