Jen Wells, CEO of TalentID

Jen Wells as been in the digital marketing and emerging technology space for nearly 20 years. She began her career in PR and Digital Project Management. After working at quickly growing firms and seeing the frustrations of finding the right talent, Jen transitioned to the recruiting space. Today she is the owner of TalentID Group, a staffing, recruiting and consulting firm that helps growing teams attract, hire onboard and engage their talent. She also works with individuals who are making career transitions or looking for their next role by helping them with their resumes and cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, mock interviews and more.

Liz McConnaughey, Senior Technical Recruiter at Beam Dental

Hailing from Columbus, Ohio, Liz McConnaughey is a professional opera-singer-turned-recruiter who has been in talent acquisition the last five years. Liz has worked both as an in-house and external recruiter, supporting a wide range of technical organizations from start-ups to Fortune 500's. As a firm believer in positive, empathetic interview experiences, Liz regularly coaches candidates and companies alike on how to put their best foot forward. She currently works at Beam Dental where she serves as the Senior Technical Recruiter and drives Beam’s talent acquisition strategy.

Lilly Huxhold, Digital Art Director at World Wide Technology & Web Design Adjunct Professor at University of Missouri-Staint Louis

Lilly Huxhold is a researcher, designer, and front-end developer who uncovers consumer and employee insights to inform and execute engaging, omnichannel experiences that drive business outcomes. From QSR to finance to healthcare, she has 6+ years of designing and collaborating with cross-organizational teams to create and support award-winning digital applications and campaigns.
