Colorful Shrubs for Central Florida

Color is always a desired element of any landscape. Learn what shrubs you can grow in Central Florida that can bring color to your garden. Some have bright colored flowers while others have vividly marked leaves. Join Eric, the botanical records specialist at Leu, in this evening lecture and power point presentation.
Eric Schmidt is the Botanic Records Specialist and helps maintain the Palm Garden and conifer, tropical and vine collections at Harry P. Leu Gardens. Eric obtained his Associates Degree in Horticulture from Valencia Community College, and his knowledge and interests includes palms, cycads, bamboo, tropicals, ferns, conifers, vines, native plants and xerics.
Participants must withdraw from classes at least five days prior to the start of class in order to receive a full refund or credit. If we must cancel a class, we will make every effort to inform you prior to the class time, and you will receive a full refund or credit.
Only those registered for the class will be permitted in the classroom. Childcare services are not provided.
