Ruby is the Business Development Manager at Sweetwater Royalties, a base metal and industrial mineral royalty company and portfolio company of Orion Resource Partners. Prior to joining Sweetwater, she was an Investment Associate for Orion, a mining-focused private equity fund with over $8.6B under management. She has held various positions in mine planning, design, scheduling, and Reserves reporting at Freeport-McMoRan, Lundin Mining, and Rio Tinto. Ruby holds a B.S. in Mining Engineering (Cum Laude) and an M. Eng. in Mineral Resource Engineering from the University of Arizona, as well as a M.S. in Finance from Georgetown University. She is a licensed Professional Engineer.
