How to Remain Resilient When Hearing So Much Trauma &

Resilient Leadership = Resilient Organizations

Instructor Biography: Greg Young is a Crisis Intervention, Resilience/Resilient Leadership & Post Traumatic Growth Consultant. He is a member of the International Law Enforcement Education Training Association and a Trainer for the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation. Greg serves as a Chaplain to many organizations including but not limited to the FBI, and the Wisconsin State Patrol.

Class Overview: With all the challenges we face in the 911 Industry, being that first, first responder, this is a very timely topic. Mr. Young believes it is important to foster resilience from a critical incident stress perspective and explore how developing resilience comes from the strength drawn upon from within a person, external resources, and the lessons learned from having dealt with critical events from one's past. His presentation style is very interactive, and this is a subject he is very passionate about.
